Friday December 1st was the send off for Syracuse Police Chief Frank Fowler. He retires from the Syracuse Police Department after nearly a decade as chief and 29 years total on the force. He left behind a lasting legacy that the citizens of Syracuse will benefit from for many years to come. Pastor Jaime talks about that legacy.
